today i was feelin EXTREMELY nervous. I hadn't photographed anything yet, due to my camera problem. I had no idea what i was going to photograph now. And I had no body to photograph. After a little bit of calming my self down and getting to girps with the fact that i had to do this and i had no choice. i decided to take a camera and venture of in to the city. After being inspired by watching an incredibly depressing man sitting on a bench whilst i sat on a bench, i realised it wouldn't be incredibly hard to photograph fear, all i needed was the rite people and a camera. i went of to working life. to ask if i could take zoe robinson and demi winters out of the lesson so i could photograph them. we went on to parkers piece and took a number of 'scared' photos which i developed later in the day.
when i get home i am planning to stick in all my photos and finish the book off .

today before i started school i baught a hard back book. so i could modrock over it to give it that magical fear affect i wanted. when i arrived at parkside. i was informed that there was no modrock available for us to use. so, me arianne and jayne,- the three people who wanted to use modrock. we decided to devide the price of the modrock between us and we ventured of to tyndals to go buy some. when we got there we purchased the mod rock and hurried back. when we got back, i started mod rocking my book and this took up to 2 rolls of mod rock. when i modrocked my book i tried not to smooth the edges to much because this wud take away the old rustic effect that i wanted to give. by the time it was lunch i was done and
i left it to dry. when i got back from lunch i my book was dried so i decided to paint it. at first i thought i would paint it a rustic brown colour, but then i thought about it and realised that black would be the best colour to choose. after i painted it all black. i used a hair dryer to dry it because i had to take it home today. after a while of trying and touching up it was finally ready for me to take home. at the end of the lesson, when i went to get a camera sir told me that there wasn't any left so i would have to borrow one during half term or shoot my photos after half term. this ment that if i couldn't get a camera during half term i would have to change my idea, because i had arranged for someone to come down from london so i could take my photos of them.

Today i started by asking sir about how to make a ghost picture, he showed me how to do these in the dark room and after some practise i understood what to do. before lunch i decided to be petra's model for her pictures as i was waiting on arianne so she could be my ghost, but she was busy doing something, with petra we took pictures in the music room using various instruments, and then took some pictures about love for jaynee aswell. just before lunch me and arrianne went of to the kelsey kerrige car park to take ghostly pictures. when we came back after lunch me, petra, and jaynee decided to go to the drama studio to take pictures, about love and more ghostly ones, at first i let jaynee do her pictures but after i started on mine, my first few pictures turned out quite good because jaynee looked liek a ghost but petra looked not like a hman but liek something magical becuase the light was directly on her head so she looked like gold dust.

todayy for the beggining of the day i spend my time editing my sketch book and adding little bits and bobs to it like, pictures that i hadn't printed of, i anotated the pictures by writing a few notes around them. i spent some time thinking about my last idea, and how it would work, initially i had decided to make an eye of somekind, but after thinking about it for a while i realised this would be to difficult so i started thinking of another idea. after some inspiration i came up with the idea of making a spell book of some kind and mud rocking it then put my pictures in it. after this i went out and took a few photos of harvey, then i came back to class after lunch, after lunch i decided to go take more photos this time i went to a graveyard and to a the subway underground. i chose these locations because i felt that if i photographed them right a great sense of fear would be created.

today was a really interesting day. we started by finishing of our pictures that we had researched last lesson and just sticking them in our book and everything. after we had done this we got given the oppertunity to go out take some of our own tests shots. i decided to venture of with Hadid and we ended up at a church on the otherside of pakers piece, the church had lots of photographic pottential and i shot alot of amzing pictures there. we were back at parkside by lunch, and i decided to light a fire which i could photogaph. after we ha burn one page and taken a few pictures, zoe suggested we write loads of depressing things on to some pieces of paper and take pictures of tht aswell. at first the fire wouldn't light because o the wind but then after a while i managed to light it. when lunch had finished i started walking back to mud land with zoe, as i was doing this i saw a man siting on a bench, and thought to myself that it would make a great image. i took some pictures of him from different angles (with out him knowing ofcourse). when we got back to clas i uploaded all the pictures to our computer and chose some i liked and started editing them, making skys brighter, tree's greener, and depressing photo's darker. one of my favourite photo's that i took was of the church inside from an angle, i made it darker, and i gave it a really gothic, van helsing look. i thought this looked quite good, so im considering doing fear as one of my themes. so far i only have one idea which is, that im going to photograph someone being, 'magical' and im going to make a campfire out of mod-rock and paint it and some how incorperate some pictures on to it. So far that is the only idea i have but im also considering doing soming with 'fear' but havn't really looked in to it yet.

today when we came in we had most of the day to neaten up our sketchbook and finish of any work we hadn't done, like our reasearch reports. we done this untill after lunch time, which is when we got given our brief. when i found out our project had to link to the word "believe" in some way i was quite exited because there are alot of possiblities. we got given 1 hour to find some pictures on the internet which represented the things we might like to do that link in with the word "believe" after we had done this we got given the opertunity to go photograph some pictures of our own whih might link in with the idea of the word "believe" i mainly photographed trees and leaves and clouds and naturistic things because i wanted it to link in with fantasy, and magic, and kind of fairytale.
this was my favourite picture becauseit creates a great sense of magic.

today we started by taking cameras out to take a few photo's each in our pairs. we then came back to class and we learnt how to make the negatives. it's a very simple process once u get the hang of it. you start by putting everything in a special light proof bag, then putting ur arms in the other end. you use a special tool to open the film case then take the negative out you then rap it around this special circular tool. you put a plastic stick through the circular tool and u put the tool in a special container with the stick pointing up, you then put the lid on and it is safe to take out of the light proof bag. then we have to add a special solution which we leave in there for 7 minutes, every minute u have to tap and shake the container. after that you add another liquid which you have to leave in there for 5 minutes, and shake and tap every 30 seconds. once this was done we had to put our conainer under cold water for 5 minutes. once we had done this whoel process the negatives where save to take out of the container. the negatives where still wet so we dried them using a hair dryer. after lunch it was time to print our photos, but first we had to enlarge them. we done this by puting the negatives in a special vice which would then project the image on a piece of photographic paper. once this was done we had to put the photo in a special tray full of liquid for 4 minutes. then in water for 1 minute. then another liquid for 8 minutes. after this we had to leave it in water for 5 minutes and our photo was done. once i had printed all of my pictures i stuck them into my sketch book.
